1. Acknowledgments: All orders are acknowledged in writing. Please review the acknowledgment carefully and advise immediately if there are any discrepancies from your original instructions.
   
   
2. Artwork: Our preference is Digital Artwork.
   Digital artwork file must be at least the size of the final product @ 300dpi.
   We accept PSD, ESP, PDF, JPEG, TIFF and Illustrator files.
   Preferend type of digital artwork is flat JPEG at 300dpi or better of the final product.
   Colors MUST be specified in writing as PMS for for each color in a product.
   Specify color as swatches next to artowrk with written PMS reference.
   
   
3. Assorted Attachments: Quantity pricing will prevail when the same emblem is used. You may vary styles of attachments.
   
   
4. Backside Imprint: Requires an additional tooling charge. Add $ 0.30(R) each.
   (Distributor imprint available at reduced rate)
   
   
5. Consecutive Numbers: Available on backside only. Add $ 0.30(R) each
   
   
6. CO-OP Programs: Each order must be for catalog minimum. Take first column quantity and use second column price. Second column is minimum quantity. Second column quantity takes end quantity price. Orders must be accompanied with back up literature.
   
   
7. Corrections or Cancellations: An order in process is subject to costs incurred to date of cancellation.
   
   
8. Curved Top Metal: Convexed and shaped before the die is cut. Not to be confused with an epoxy dome. Add $.50(P) Each. Also, add an additional tooling charge for 1" and under $40.00(R).
   
   
9. Delivery Time: Normal manufacturing time required for shipment of order after approval of pre-production sample. See page showing the selected process.
   
   
10. Double Face Adhesive Tape: Add $.20(P) each.
    
    
11. Epoxy Dome: Add $.10(R) each under 1". Add $.20(R) for 1" and over.
    
    
12. Flats: Use emblem price on catalog page showing selected process.
    
    
13. Large Quantity Orders: Contact factory.
    
    
14. Less Than Minimum: Add $200.00(P). Each additional LTM charge on SAME order (for each charge) add $200.00(P). No LTM charge on Stock Tabs.
    
    
15. Packaging: Each item individually packaged in poly bag. Click here for special packaging and Click here for custom printed paper-cards.
    
    
16. Paper Card: Plain white card 1" x 1" no imprint $.12(P) each. Card with one color imprint 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" $.50 each. Setup charge $60 (T) per each color. (Minimum quantity 1,000) For additional colors and sizes, contact factory for prices.
    
    
17. Paper Proofs: Available on request.
    
    
18. Plating: 14k Gold, Platinum or Copper plate.
    Antique Gold or Platinum: Add $.20(R) each to designated page. All metal is dull with antique heavier on recessed details.
    Oxidized Gold or Platinum: Add $.20(R) each to designated page. All raised metal is polished. Recessed areas are slightly darker.
    Black Metal: All metal is anodized turning the metal to a black metallic color. Add $.15(R) each.
    
    
19. PMS Colors: No additional charge to match PMS colors.
    
    
20. Pre-Production Sample: Add $80.00 net plus applicable additional charges. ($40.00 rebated upon receipt of order). Rebate not available under 300 pieces.
    
    
21. Reorders: No tooling charge for EXACT repeat orders.
    
    
22. Rush Orders:
    No penalty for our rush service, if it can be done - we just do it.
    NOTE - Writing instruments are subject to rushcharge.
    
    
23. Shipping: F. O. B. Los Angeles, CA. Freight prepaid and added to invoice. We ship UPS except when instructed otherwise. For Drop Shipments add $10.00 (X) per location.
    
    
24. Superior Plating: Add $.80(R) for hand polished, hand burnished, triple plated and hand polished on all sides for mirror finish.

27. Terms: Net 30 days with approved credit.
    
    
28. Tooling Charge: No charge for custom outside shape. Tooling charge for interior design and each metal change. Measure largest dimension. Any size or shape. A new die is required for each metal change including year changes, number changes, stones etc. and for silk screen outside shape.
