Hard Fired Cloisonné

Each Design is stamped into copper brass. The recessed areas are inlaid with a cloisonné paste made of water and finely ground powdered colored glass. Then fired at 1400 degrees until the glass fuses to the metal and is level with the metal separations. It is hand stoned and repeated until each color is level with the metal. The final product is highly hand polished for a perfect finish.

Die struck to show the beautiful contrast between the polished metal and the dull matte background. Especially attractive when combined with cloisonné or soft enamel color. cloisonné is level with the polished metal. A custom metal stamping partially encased on the top of an epoxy dome. The background is under the clear epoxy dome. The background may be one of four stock colored marbleized designs or a custom design. Custom and stock shapes available.

Cloisonné

Cloisonné enamel without metal around each color. We use the actual cloisonné color directly on top of another without metal separations. Perfectmatch reproduces the smallest detail not possible with any other process. Now, any design can be reproduced using laser cloisonné without having to adapt the emblem to the process.

Soft Enamel

Die struck metal the same thickness as used for cloisonné. The recessed areas are colored filled with soft enamel (either dull or shiny). We suggest dull soft enamel so there will be more contrast between the raised polished metal and the recessed enamel. PMS color match with no additional charge.

Photo Etched

with or without EPOXY

Good inexpensive process for small details. Most like cloisonné, process is chemically etched into brass enabling better small detail reproduction. A thin wall seperates each color and baked for durability. PMS color match with no additional charge. Available with or without an epoxy dome.

Silk Screen

Die struck hand polished metal. Each color ink is squeezed through silk mesh. The mesh has the design burned into it, so that the ink is applied only the areas to be colored.

A duplicate of an actual official badge. Raised and recessed areas are highly hand polished metal. May be combined with hard fired cloisonné or soft enamel background.

High Polished Metal 14K Gold Plate

Each item is die struck from the finest quality brass/copper blend. Then rhodium plated and highly polished. The polishing of the rhodium is what makes the finished piece shiny and brilliant with a mirror finish. Each piece is then double plated with 14k Gold or platinum plate. It is the polishing of the rhodium which fills in the veracity and makes the item shiny and beautiful.

High Polished Metal Platinum Plate

Platinum plate is an alloy of rhodium. It is the hightest quality platinum plate available. Each item is die struck and highly polished. The polishing of the rhodium is what makes the finished piece shiny and brilliant with a mirror finish. Each piece is double plated. It is the polishing of the rhodium under the platinum plate which fills in the veracity and makes the item shiny and beautiful.

Antique

14K gold or platinum plate. All metal is dull with the antique finish filling slightly heavier in the recessed areas.

Oxidized

Raised areas are 14K gold or platinum plated, and highly polished. The recessed areas are then filled with oxidation and then hand rubbed with a cloth. This enables the oxidation to fill in only the recessed areas. Hence, the raised highly hand polished metal and the recessed darkened areas.

Black Metal

All metal is anodized with an acid which turns the metal to a black metalic color. Available for most processes.
