The above prices include a Military Clutch No. 705. Add $.64(P) for Deluxe Clutch or Flat Head Clutch. These are the ONLY attachments available for this process.

    Each additional color add $.50(R) per color.

  3. Set-up Charge: Per each color add $90.00(R) each.

  4. Repeat Orders: Per each color add $50.00(R) each.

  5. Epoxy Dome: Add $.35 each.

  6. Plating: Prices include 14K Gold or Platinum plate.

  7. Normal Production Time: 5 days.

  8. Pre-Production Sample:
    Not available under 300 units.
    Add $80.00 net plus set-up charge 7 to 10 days.
    ($40.00 rebate upon receipt of order)

  9. Less than Minimum:
    Under 300 units add $200.00(P)
    Each change under 300 units add $160.00(P)

  10. Art Service:
    Add $100.00 (X) To change or enhance for quality reproduction

  11. Rush Charge: No penalty for our rush service.
